Vithusan Suppiyar received his BSc in Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences with a focus on Biology in 2022 and his MSc in Biology with a focus on Bioinformatics in 2024, both from the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. He is now a PhD student at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) and is conducting his research at the Group for Cancer Bioinformatics and Multiomics under the supervision of Dr. David Koppstein. His primary research interests include long-read sequencing, computational pipeline development, and RNA isoform analysis.
